What will you learn?
Learn how cloud services help applications and what costs they create. Build compute, storage and access rights on a simple project.
Start with the key ideas, then apply each step to a small task. Try to explain why you chose a particular method and what you would change in a different situation instead of copying a finished result.
Course topics
- Cloud service models
- Virtual resources and storage

- Monitoring and cost control
Practical exercise
Deploy a small site in a test environment, store files and turn off redundant resources.
Once the exercise is complete, check the result, note any difficult steps and revisit them in your next practice session.
